Taken

All I can say is WOW. This movie was non-stop action the whole entire length. Liam Neeson plays the part with a barely contained rage that comes across as being cold and methodical. I for sure wouldn't want to be the people who kidnapped his daughter. For any father with daughter's I think the idea of having there little girls taken has got to be a worse nightmare scenario... and ALL hope they could be as affective as Liam's character at getting them back. A great "justice" movie if there ever was one.

Inkheart

I generally like Brendan Fraser as an actor. Between the Mummy movies, Bedazzled and even Journey To The Center Of The Earth... I find him to be pretty consistent in the enjoyability of his work. Again, I wasn't dissappointed in his latest movie... "Inkheart". The story was fresh and new and the characters were endearing. On the whole if not a GREAT movie... it was in the end enjoyable.

Last Chance Harvey

I know its the beginning of the year so it will be hard to say this with any certainty but I feel this might become of my favourite movies of the year. The chemistry between Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thompson was great. Although funny I would hestitate to call this a comedy. Or a strict romance, although it is that. In it's essence its a sweet movie about two lonely people meeting at a point in there lives when they most need each other.
